Welcome to www.nizagroupmultiservice.com (the “Site”), operated by NIZA Group Multi-Service (“NIZA,” “we,” “us” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Site and the engagement of our services. By accessing the Site or engaging any of our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who we are and what we do
NIZA Group Multi-Service is a multi-service organization made up of three divisions:
- NIZA Insurance — guidance and management of insurance products (health, life, annuities, supplemental, travel, international health and final expense) through licensed agents.
- NIZA Immigration — preparation of immigration forms filed with the U.S. government.
- NIZA Taxes — preparation of tax returns and general tax guidance.
2. Nature of the services and important limitations
2.1 NIZA Immigration is NOT a law firm
NIZA Immigration and its staff are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We are immigration form preparers (as applicable in the relevant state, “document preparer,” “notary public” and/or “immigration assistance services provider”). Our services are limited to helping you complete forms with the information you provide, translating or transcribing information, and organizing and submitting documents to the relevant authority.
We do not select forms for you as a legal strategy, we do not advise you on which immigration benefit to seek, we do not represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts or any authority, and we do not provide legal opinions. A “notary public” in the United States is not the equivalent of a “notario” or “abogado” in Hispanic-tradition countries. If your case requires legal advice or representation, we will recommend that you consult a licensed immigration attorney.
2.2 NIZA Taxes — scope of service
NIZA Taxes offers tax return preparation and general tax guidance based on the information and documentation you provide. Our services do not constitute personalized legal or accounting advice, an audit, or representation before the IRS unless expressly agreed in writing and to the extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you give us and for reviewing your return before it is filed and signed.
2.3 NIZA Insurance — agent role
NIZA Insurance acts as an insurance agent/intermediary. We are not an insurance company. Policies are issued, administered and guaranteed exclusively by the corresponding insurance companies, and are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and premiums of each policy. Eligibility, coverage and subsidies (including those of Marketplace / ACA plans) depend on the insurers and on applicable federal and state regulations, which may change.
2.4 No guarantee of results
NIZA does not guarantee any specific result, including, without limitation: approval of an immigration application, obtaining a visa or benefit, government processing times, the amount of a tax refund, acceptance of a policy, or the amount of a premium or subsidy. Results depend on the competent authorities, the insurers and factors outside our control.
3. Client information and responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to provide complete, truthful and accurate information and documentation; to promptly inform us of any change in your situation; to review every document, form or return before signing it or authorizing its submission; and to meet the deadlines we set and your obligations to the authorities.
NIZA is not responsible for consequences arising from false, incomplete or outdated information provided by you, or for delays caused by the late delivery of documents.
4. Fees and payments
Fees for our services are disclosed before work begins and may vary depending on the complexity of the case. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- NIZA's fees do not include government filing fees, insurer fees or third-party fees.
- Fees paid are for the preparation and management service, not for the result, and are non-refundable once work has begun or been completed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Electronic communications and WhatsApp
By providing us your phone or WhatsApp number and contacting us through those means, you agree to receive communications related to your case and our services through those channels. WhatsApp communications are processed through third-party services (Meta) subject to its own terms. You can ask us to stop sending you promotional communications at any time.
6. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: use it in a way that damages, overloads or affects its operation or security; attempt to access systems or data without authorization; copy, reproduce or distribute the Site's content without authorization; or submit false information or impersonate another person.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, design and code — is the property of NIZA Group Multi-Service or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted for its use except with express written authorization.
8. Third-party links and resources
The Site may contain links to third-party sites and resources (for example, WhatsApp, government sites, insurers, social media). These links are provided for convenience; NIZA does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” for general informational purposes. NIZA does not warrant that the Site's information is always complete, current or error-free. Insurance, immigration and tax regulations change frequently; nothing on the Site constitutes personalized legal, immigration, tax or financial advice, nor does it create an attorney-client relationship.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIZA Group Multi-Service, its owners, employees and collaborators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from the use of the Site or the services. NIZA's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount of the fees actually paid by you to NIZA for that service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in that case, the above limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NIZA harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) false, incomplete or misleading information you provided to us; (b) breach of these Terms; or (c) misuse of the Site or the services.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (to be confirmed) and of the United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida (to be confirmed), unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or the services after a modification implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
